From the customers’ quote request through final delivery of a product or service, HPTSC studies all aspects of the supply chain. We use a tried and true methodology that allows us to fully complete the process successfully and obtain customer satisfaction. HPTSC has partnerships and relationships with multiple manufacturers and distributors in order to provide a vast array of technology hardware and software products.
HPTSC receives Requests for Quotes from customers via email request to sales@HPTSC.com. These requests are entered in the Request System for processing. Quote Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and by the stated deadline. The quotes are returned to the customer via email or by fax (if requested).
