HPTSC has successfully managed subcontracts of all sizes and carries a large number of experienced Subcontract and Product Managers on staff. Full contracts and infrastructure support is provided and specialist staff are available that are familiar with legal and regulatory requirements in the many areas that HPTSC services. Subcontractor performance is tightly integrated into Earned Value and Risk Management on projects to ensure that requirements are satisfied and a strong sense of teamwork with suppliers is emphasized throughout.
