Our experienced Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E), Command, Control, Communications, Computer, and Ordnance experts provide the engineering, financial, and integrated logistics analyses and the support services required to produce objective, detailed BCA reports. When tasked to conduct a BCA on a designated system, subsystem, or process, we coordinate with the appropriate technical authority, program manager, original equipment manufacturer, and the relevant intermediate and depot level maintenance facilities. Customers can use our BCA process and products as critical decision-making tools. Using these tools, key financial decision makers set priorities, select and resolves maintenance and reliability issues, and implements process reengineering changes.
